瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素用药方案对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、胰岛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对2型糖尿病患者实施瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合用药对血糖控制及胰岛功能的改善效果。方法选取2021年7月至2024年7月在福州市第一总医院口腔专科院区内科进行治疗的60例2型糖尿病患者,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组采取瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合用药,对照组采用甘精胰岛素单独用药,对比两组治疗后的血糖控制效果、胰岛功能指标改善情况、血脂水平及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖等血糖指标数据均低于对照组(P<0.05);胰岛β细胞功能指标中曲线下面积(AUCI)、β细胞功能稳态模型评估(HOMA-β)、及第0.5 h胰岛素浓度与血糖浓度的比值(I30/G30)数据均高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗稳态模型评估(HO-MA-IR)数据低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇数值低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组出现腹痛等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合用药可更有效地控制患者血糖,调节胰岛功能,改善血脂水平,降低不良情况发生。Objective To explore the effect of combination of repaglinide and insulin glargine on blood glucose control and islet function improvement in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated at the Internal Medicine of the Stomatological Department in Fuzhou First General Hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected.They were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number table.The observation group was treated with a combination of repaglinide and glargine insulin,while the control group was treated with glargine insulin alone.The study compared the two groups in terms of blood glucose control,improvement in pancreatic function indicators,lipid levels,and the incidence of complications after treatment.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of pancreaticβ-cell function indicators,the area under the curve(AUCI),homeostasis model assessment ofβ-cell function(HOMA-β),and the ratio of insulin concentration to blood glucose concentration at 0.5 hours(I30/G30)were all significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group,while the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)was significantly lower(all P<0.05).The levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower in the observation group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as abdominal pain was also significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination therapy of regorazine and insulin glargine can effectively control patients’blood glucose status,regulate pancreatic function indicators,improve blood lipid levels,and reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions.It has certain safety and
