摘 要:目的探究氨苄西林钠应用在肺部感染性疾病患儿中对炎症因子与临床症状的影响。方法选取晋中市第一人民医院2022年8月至2023年6月收治的50例肺部感染性患儿,随机数字表法分为对照组(25例,注射用青霉素钠)与试验组(25例,氨苄西林钠),对比两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、炎症因子水平[降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、肺功能情况[呼气峰值流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)与第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]。结果试验组治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗前后对比,两组炎症因子PCT、CRP、WBC、IL-6均降低,且研究组更低,PEF、FVC、FEV1均升高,研究组更高(P<0.05)。结论在肺部感染性疾病患儿中应用氨苄西林钠治疗可提升治疗效果,缩短患儿症状恢复时间,减轻炎症反应,改善肺功能指标。Objective To explore the effect of ampicillin sodium on inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms in children with pulmonary infectious diseases.Methods A total of 50 pediatric patients with pulmonary infections admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Jinzhong City from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(25 cases,treated with Penicillin Sodium for injection)and an experimental group(25 cases,treated with Ampicillin Sodium)using a random number table.The treatment outcomes,time to disappearance of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory markers[procalcitonin(PCT),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6(IL-6)],and pulmonary function parameters[peak expiratoryflow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)]were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cough disappearance time,fever reduction time and lung moist rales disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,PCT,CRP,WBC and IL-6 in the two groups were all decreased,which was lower in the study group,and PEF,FVC and FEV1.Conclusions The application of ampicillin sodium in the treatment of children with pulmonary infectious diseases can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the recovery time of children’s symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the pulmonary function index.
