摘 要:目的分析利用生化免疫检验测定甲状腺功能时采取化学发光免疫测定法的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月在襄垣县人民医院接受诊治的甲状腺疾病患者70例及同期在襄垣县人民医院接受健康体检的健康人70名,对甲状腺功能进行检测,按随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,观察组采取化学发光免疫测定法,对照组采取放射免疫法,对比两种检验方法对甲状腺疾病的诊断效能及诊断符合率。结果临床诊断及病理诊断证实,70例研究对象中,有29例为甲状腺功能亢进,17例为甲状腺炎,其余24例为甲状腺肿瘤。观察组诊断甲状腺疾病时的灵敏度、特异度、准确度比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组在诊断甲状腺功能亢进及甲状腺炎方面的符合率均比对照组高(均P<0.05)。2种测定方法对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断符合率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化免疫检验在诊断甲状腺疾病时发挥了重要作用,采取化学发光免疫测定法进行检测的诊断效能优于放射免疫分析法。Objective To analyze the application effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the determination of thyroid function by biochemical immunoassay.Methods A total of 70 patients with thyroid diseases treated at Xiangyuan County People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 and 70 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period were enrolled.The patients were assigned to the observation group and the healthy individuals to the control group.Fasting venous blood was collected from both groups for thyroid function tests using chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)in the observation group and radioimmunoassay(RIA)in the control group.The diagnostic efficacy and concordance rates of the two methods for thyroid diseases were compared.Results Clinical and pathological diagnoses confirmed that among the 70 subjects,29 had hyperthyroidism,17 had thyroiditis,and the remaining 24 had thyroid tumors.The observation group showed higher sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy than the control group in diagnosing thyroid diseases(P<0.05).The observation group also had higher concordance rates in diagnosing hyperthyroidism and thyroiditis than the control group(both P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the concordance rate for thyroid tumors between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusions Biochemical immunoassay plays an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Chemiluminescence immunoassay is better than radioimmunoassay.
