北京市朝阳区南部地区婴幼儿神经心理发育情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨北京市朝阳区南部地区某三级综合医院儿童保健门诊不同年龄组婴幼儿神经心理发育状况,为本地区儿童保健预见性发育指导提供依据。方法选取2020年1月至2024年2月就诊的2086名已完善《儿童神经心理行为检查量表(2016版)》的婴幼儿为研究对象。根据年龄分为3组,即0~1岁组,1~2岁组和2~3岁组,分析其神经心理发育检查结果。结果0~1岁组,大运动发育商水平最低,且发育异常比例最高(P<0.05);1~2岁组,适应能力、社会行为发育商水平最低,且发育异常比例最高(P<0.05);2~3岁组,精细运动、语言能力发育商水平最低,且发育异常比例最高(P<0.05)。结论0~1岁婴儿,应重视大运动能力的训练;1~2岁幼儿,加强适应能力及社会行为训练;2~3岁幼儿,需强调精细运动及语言能力的重要性。Objective To investigate the neuropsychological development of infants in different age groups in the children’s health care clinic of a tertiary general hospital in the south of Chaoyang District,Beijing,and to provide evidence for the guidance of predictive development of children’s health care in this area.Methods A total of 2086 infants and toddlers who had completed the Neuropsychobehavioral Checklist for Children(2016 edition)from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into three groups according to age,namely 0-1 year-old group,1-2 year-old group and 2-3 year-old group,and the results of neuropsychological development were analyzed.Results In the 0-1 year-old group,the level of gross motor developmental quotient was the lowest,and the proportion of dysplasia was the highest(P<0.05).In the 1-2 year-old group,the adaptive ability and social behavior developmental quotient level were the lowest,and the proportion of abnormal development was the highest(P<0.05).In the 2-3 year-old group,the developmental quotient level offine motor and language ability was the lowest,and the proportion of dysplasia was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusions 0-1 year-old infants should pay attention to the training of great motor ability.1-2 year-old children,strengthen the adaptation ability and social behavior training.For 2-3 year-old children,the importance offine motor and language skills should be emphasized.
