摘　　要：目的观察针对性护理在肾结石患者钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取尤溪县中医医院2023年1月至2024年1月收治的100例肾结石患者,按照随机数字表法分组,分别纳入50例肾结石患者,所有受试者均行钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组肾结石患者进行常规护理,观察组肾结石患者采取针对性护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、并发发生情况、手术相关指标。结果护理后,观察组护理总满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中发挥了重要的作用,可降低手术并发症发生的可能性,促进肾结石患者术后尽快恢复身体健康,有利于改善患者的生命质量。Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing in holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones.Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney stones admitted to Youxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method.50 patients with kidney stone,all subjects are holmium laser lithotripsy treatment,kidney stone patients in the control group of routine care,observation group of kidney stone patients to take targeted care,observe patient satisfaction,concurrent occurrence and surgical index.Results After nursing,the overall satisfaction rate with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,and surgical duration in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing plays an important role in the perioperative nursing of holmium laser lithotripsy,which can reduce the possibility of surgical complications,promote the recovery of kidney stone patients as soon as possible after surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
