达标理论康复护理对行关节镜下膝关节半月板成形术患者膝关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析达标理论康复护理对行关节镜下膝关节半月板成形术患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选择金湖县中医院2021年2月至2024年4月共92例行关节镜下膝关节半月板成形术患者,经随机数字表法分两组,各46例。对照组术后采取常规护理,研究组实施达标理论康复护理。对比两组膝关节功能(HSS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)、不良反应(关节僵硬、感染、下肢静脉栓塞)发生情况、生存质量、负性情绪。结果术后3个月,研究组疼痛、功能、稳定性、肌肉力量、活动度、屈曲畸形评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组ROM评分较对照组高(P<0.05),研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组生理功能、心理能力、社交能力、精神/信仰、环境状态评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组负性情绪评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论达标理论康复护理措施能够提高行关节镜下膝关节半月板成形术患者膝关节功能与关节活动度,降低不良反应,改善负性情绪,提高生存质量。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized theoretical rehabilitation care on the knee function in patients undergoing arthroscopic knee meniscal plasty.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent arthroscopic meniscectomy of the knee joint from February 2021 to April 2024 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine care after surgery,while the study group implemented standardized theory-based rehabilitation nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of knee joint function(HSS),knee joint range of motion(ROM),incidence of adverse reactions(joint stiffiness,infection,lower limb venous thrombosis),quality of life,and negative emotions.Results Three months after surgery,the study group had higher scores in pain,function,stability,muscle strength,range of motion,andflexion deformity compared to the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the study group also had a higher ROM score compared to the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the study group had higher scores in physiological function,psychological ability,social interaction,spiritual/religious well-being,and environmental status compared to the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the study group had lower scores in negative emotions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standard theoretical rehabilitation nursing measures can improve knee function and range of motion in patients undergoing arthroscopic knee menstoplasty,reduce adverse reactions,improve negative mood and improve quality of life.
