摘　　要：目的探讨门诊糖尿病患者行针对性心理护理与健康教育对患者血糖指标及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月福州市长乐区罗联乡卫生院77例门诊糖尿病患者,以数字随机表法分组,对照组(n=38,采用常规护理干预)与观察组(n=39,采用针对性心理护理与健康教育干预)。比较两组血糖指标、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]及自我管理能力[自我管理能力量表(ESCA)]。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36的生理、情感、社会、精神评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ESCA的问题解决、伙伴关系、自我护理、情绪处理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为门诊接受治疗的糖尿病患者提供针对性心理护理与健康教育指导工作,能够有效改善患者的血糖水平,患者的自我管理能力水平得到了提升。Objective To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing and health education on blood glucose indicators and self-management ability of outpatients with diabetes.Methods A total of 77 outpatients with diabetes from the Luolian Township Health Center in Changle District,Fuzhou City,from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into groups using a digital random table method.The study included a control group(n=38)that received routine nursing interventions and an observation group(n=39)that underwent targeted psychological nursing and health education interventions.The two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose indicators,quality of life[medical outcomes study 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)],and self-management ability[self-management Ability scale(ESCA)].Results Following the intervention,the blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in observation group SF-36 is higher than the control group(P<0.05).ESCA processing scoring observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing targeted psychological nursing and health education guidance for outpatients with diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose levels of patients,and the level of self-management ability of patients has been significantly enhanced.
