摘　　要：目的探究新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用以精细化管理为导向的护理干预的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院自2023年1月—12月收治的72例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,根据护理方法的不同分为试验组(36例)、对照组(36例)。对照组给予基础护理,试验组加用以精细化管理为导向的护理干预。比较两组的相关临床指标、血流动力学指标、不良事件发生情况及家属满意程度。结果试验组的血氧分压、血二氧化碳分压、氧合指数和机械通气时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组心率、平均动脉压均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组家属满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以精细化管理为导向的护理干预能够改善新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的相关临床指标、血流动力学指标,减少不良事件发生情况,提高家属护理满意程度。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention guided by refined management in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 72 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to the Xiamen University Affiliated Women and Children’s Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 36 each based on different nursing methods.The control group received basic care,while the experimental group received additional nursing interventions guided by refined management.The study compared clinical indicators,hemodynamic indicators,adverse event occurrences,and family satisfaction levels between the two groups.Results The experimental group showed superior arterial oxygen pressure,carbon dioxide pressure,oxygenation index,and shorter mechanical ventilation time than the control group(P<0.05).It also had better heart rate and mean arterial pressure(P<0.05),fewer adverse events(P<0.05),and higher family satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing interventions guided by refined management can improve the blood gas and hemodynamic indicators of newborns with respiratory distress syndrome,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of family nursing,which has clinical reference value.
