摘　　要：本研究以新医科背景下儿科专业创新人才培养模式的构建与实施为主题,分析了新医科背景下儿科专业人才的需求,论述了儿科专业人才培养模式改革的必要性,提出了儿科人才队伍建设模式“四化”原则,包括目标科学化、管理规范化、培养精准化和留人多样化,构建了新医科背景下儿科专业创新人才培养模式,旨在为中国儿科专业人才的培养提供有益借鉴和实践指导。This study focuses on the construction and implementation of an innovative talent training model for pediatric majors under the new medical education background.It analyzes the demand for pediatric professionals under the new medical education context,discusses the necessity of reforming the talent training model for pediatric majors,and proposes the"four principles"for pediatric talent team building,which include scientific goal setting,standardized management,precise training,and diversified retention strategies.The study constructs an innovative talent training model for pediatric majors under the new medical education background,aiming to provide valuable references and practical guidance for the training of pediatric professionals in China.
