摘　　要：以68000载重吨环保多用途运输船为例,利用二维图纸布置和三维软件布置相结合的方式对船舶设备和管系布置进行研究。从设计功能、环保要求、操作维护便利性、施工工艺和生产建造效率提升等5个方面着手,针对船舶机舱、货舱和上建等三大区域的典型布置特点进行分析研究,并根据研究结果总结极地航行多用途船舶的设备和管系布置生产设计要点。研究结果可为相似类型船舶生产设计设备和管系的布置提供参考。Taken a 68000 t preferred polar environmental protection multi-purpose transport ship as an example,the ship equipment and piping arrangement are studied by the combination of two-dimensional and three-dimensional layout.From the design function,environmental protection requirements,operation and maintenance convenience,construction technology,production and construction efficiency improvement,the typical layout characteristics of the three areas of the ship engine room,cargo hold and superstructure are studied.Based on the research,the key points of equipment and piping layout design for multi-purpose polar navigation ships are summarized.The research results can be used as reference for similar types of ships.
