摘 要:三螺杆泵工作时抗复杂环境条件的能力较低,常因杂质和高温高压等原因使轴与衬套间产生过量磨损,影响泵的工作性能。为解决该问题,以某型三螺杆泵的工作情况为例,通过有限元方法分析其磨损成因,基于分析结果提出优化改型措施。经有限元方法及工程实例验证,该优化方案有效。研究方案对三螺杆泵的故障排查及优化方向具有一定参考价值。Triple-screw pump's ability to resist complex environmental conditions is low,impurities,high temperature and high pressure may cause excessive wear between the shaft and the liner,affecting the pump performance.In order to solve this problem,the working situation of a certain type of triple-screw pump is taken as an example,and the cause of its wear phenomenon is analyzed by the finite element method.Based on the analysis results,the optimization and modification methods are proposed.The optimization scheme is proved effective by finite element method and practical application,which provides reference value for the future troubleshooting and optimization direction of triple-screw pump.
