摘 要:以弹性箔片推力轴承为研究对象,采用数值计算方法,结合文献计算结果,验证计算方法的正确性。在此基础上,研究不同计算模型、不同斜面占比、不同转速和推力盘倾斜状态下承载力的大小。分析结果表明,低转速下弹性刚性模型对承载力的影响较小;瓦块的倾斜使轴承气膜间隙减小,推力轴承的承载力略有提高;随着瓦块总数增加,总承载力略下降,但可以使各个瓦块的承载力分布更均匀。Taken the elastic foil thrust bearing as the research object,numerical calculation method is adopted,combined with literature calculation results,to verify the correctness of the calculation method.On this basis,the magnitude of bearing capacity under different calculation models,different slope ratios,different rotational speeds,and thrust disc tilt states is studied.The results indicate that the elastic rigid model has a relatively small impact on the bearing capacity at low speeds;The inclination of the tile reduces the clearance between the bearing film and slightly increases the bearing capacity of the thrust bearing;And as the total number of tiles increases,the total bearing capacity slightly decreases,but it can make the distribution of bearing capacity of each tile more uniform.
