摘  要:喷嘴作为船用内燃机的核心部件,其喷雾锥角直接影响了内燃机的雾化效果和燃烧效率。常规喷雾锥角测量采用人工观察锥角投影面,具有操作要求高和测量精度低的问题。为避免这一问题,采用视觉摄像头捕捉喷雾形态,基于OpenCV视觉开发包,结合Python编程平台,采用感兴趣区域(ROI)提取、腐蚀、膨胀、边缘检测、直线检测和锥角计算等系列算法对图像特征进行处理,实现喷嘴喷雾锥角自动计算,获得了较好的自动锥角计算效果。该算法可拓展应用于各类喷嘴的性能试验。As the core part of marine internal combustion engine,the spray cone angle of nozzle directly affects the atomization effect and combustion efficiency.The conventional measurement of spray cone angle is to observe the projection surface of cone angle manually,which requires high operation and low measurement precision.Based on OpenCV visual development package and Python programming platform,a series of algorithms such as region of interest(ROI)domain extraction,corrosion,expansion,edge detection,line detection,cone angle calculation are used to process image features,the method for measuring the cone angle of nozzle spray is realized,and the better effect of automatic cone angle calculation is obtained.The algorithm can be extended to the performance test of various nozzles.
