摘  要:为了实现三氢化铝(AlH_(3))的释氢抑制,用氢化催化剂CA,以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)为吸收剂,将AlH_(3)分解产生的氢催化加成到HTPB的不饱和双键上,使得AlH_(3)分解产生的氢被及时吸收掉,通过微米三维立体图像显微镜(微米CT)、元素分析、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征方法,研究了HTPB体系下CA对AlH_(3)分解产生的氢的催化吸收特性,并进一步分析了氢被吸收后对AlH_(3)分解的影响。结果发现:CA在HTPB体系下可很好地将AlH_(3)分解产生的氢催化吸收,抑制AlH_(3)/HTPB药柱中气孔的产生,显著推迟药柱发生体积开裂的时间;CA的加入使得70℃下AlH_(3)/HTPB混合试样中AlH_(3)分解诱导期的时间跨度从6 d延长到了15 d,60℃下老化203 d后AlH_(3)/HTPB/CA混合试样中AlH_(3)的H含量为8.94%,而AlH_(3)/HTPB混合试样中AlH_(3)的H含量仅为3.12%,表明AlH_(3)分解产生的氢被CA催化加成到HTPB的C=C双键上形成C—H键而及时吸收掉后,AlH_(3)本身的分解被进一步抑制,AlH_(3)的分解存在氢自催化机制。In order to achieve the inhibition of hydrogen release from aluminum trihydride(AlH_(3)),the hydroxyl polybutadiene(HTPB)was chosen as hydrogen absorber to undergo the hydrogenation reaction with unsaturated CC double bonds under the catalytic action of CA catalyst,eliminating the hydrogen released by the decomposition of AlH_(3)in time.The catalytic absorption characteristics of hydrogen released by AlH_(3)under HTPB‑CA system were studied by micron three‑dimensional image microscopy(micron CT),elemental analysis,thermogravimetry‑differential thermal analysis(TG‑DTA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X‑ray diffraction(XRD)and other characterization methods.And the effect of hydrogen absorption on the decomposition of AlH_(3)was further analyzed.It indicates that CA could catalyze the absorption of hydrogen released from AlH_(3)in the HTPB system,inhibiting the generation of voids in AlH_(3)/HTPB grain which significantly prolongs its volume cracking time.The addition of CA extends the induction period AlH_(3)decomposition in the AlH_(3)/HTPB at 70℃from 6 days to 15 days.And the H content of AlH_(3)of the AlH_(3)/HTPB/CA mixture is 8.94%after 203 days of aging at 60℃,while that H content of AlH_(3)of the AlH_(3)/HTPB mixture is only 3.12%.It suggests the inhibition of the decomposition of AlH_(3)after the hydrogen reacting with CC double bond of HTPB to form C─H bond under the catalytic action of CA,demonstrating a hydrogen autocatalytic decomposition mechanism of AlH_(3).
