摘　　要：未成年人司法社会化是儿童保护和儿童福利理念的必然要求。长期以来,我国未成年人司法社会化发展的社会力量薄弱、缺乏司法与社会有效的衔接机制等问题,已成为阻碍我国未成年人司法社会化发展的关键因素。未成年人司法社会支持体系的完善,需要充沛、活跃的社会因素,而司法和社会的密切配合是少年司法体系未来发展的方向。对此,应从强化未成年人司法社会化的理念、完善相关立法,探索建立政府主导的司法保护转介机制,强化制度保障以及社会支持专业化建设等角度,来构建我国未成年人司法社会支持体系。The socialization of juvenile justice is an inevitable requirement for embodying the concept of child protection and child welfare.For a long time,problems such as the weak social force of the socialization of juvenile justice in China and the lack of an effective mechanism for connecting the judiciary and society have become key factors hindering the socialization of juvenile justice in China.The improvement of the social support system for juvenile justice requires abundant and active social factors,and the close cooperation between the judiciary and society is the direction of the future development of the juvenile justice system.In this regard,it is necessary to build a social support system for juvenile justice in China from the perspectives of strengthening the concept of socialization of juvenile justice,improving relevant legislation,exploring the establishment of a government-led judicial protection referral mechanism,strengthening institutional safeguards,and the professional construction of social support.
