摘 要:以一座多跨连续刚架系杆拱桥为研究对象,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil建立全桥有限元计算模型,开展墩台施工偏差对多跨连续刚架系杆拱桥受力性能影响分析.研究结果表明:墩台施工偏差引起拱肋截面受力变化主要影响因素是矢跨比,墩台纵向偏差引起轴力变化与拱轴线相对偏差成正比,墩台纵向偏差引起面内弯矩变化与实际偏差量成正比,墩台横向偏差引起面外弯矩变化与实际偏差量和跨径的乘积成正比.墩台纵向施工偏差影响大于墩台横向施工偏差,多墩台偏差引起的拱肋内力变化可由单墩台偏差叠加计算.以拱肋截面承载力为指标,墩台纵向偏差可控制在5L/6000之内,墩台横向偏差可控制在30 mm之内.Taking a multi-span continuous rigid-frame tied arch bridge as the engineering background,the MIDAS/Civil is used to establish the spatial finite element model,pier construction deviation influence analysis on the mechanical performance are analyzed.The results show that,the main influencing factor of the variation in force on the arch rib section caused by pier construction deviation is the rise span ratio.The change rate of axial force caused by longitudinal deviation of pier is proportional to the relative deviation of arch axis,the change rate of in-plane bending moment caused by longitudinal deviation of pier is proportional to the actual deviation,and the change rate of bending moment caused by transversal deviation of pier is proportional to the multiply by actual deviation and span.The longitudinal pier construction deviation has a greater impact on the mechanical performance than the transverse pier construction deviation.The influence of multi-pier construction deviation can be calculated by the sum of single pier deviation.Based on the bearing capacity of the arch rib section,the longitudinal deviation of the piers and abutments can be limited within 5L/6000,and the lateral deviation of the piers and abutments can be limited within 30 mm.
