闽中山地传统民居夏季风热环境特征分析

摘  要:以福建省尤溪县经通村传统民居为例,基于实测与模拟的互馈验证,从山地环境适应与民居单体设计两个层面量化解析闽中山地传统民居夏季风热环境特征及其影响因素.结果表明:1)在“宏观适应-中观影响-微观创造”的营建思路下,从“地形植被-建筑形式-空间组织-细部构造”可逐级修正环境条件与人居需求的偏差;2)建筑通过地形选址与植被栽植有效缓解太阳辐射作用,营造适宜的场地环境;3)建筑形式、空间组织、细部构造巧妙适应气候影响,强化热缓冲以及自然通风的效果.通过对经通村传统民居夏季风热环境特征的分析,可以为闽中山地传统民居适应气候的绿色设计实践提供了参考价值.Taking the traditional residential buildings of Jingtong Village in Youxi County,Fujian Province as an example,based on the mutual feed verification of the measured and simulated,the characteristics and influencing factors of the summer monsoon thermal environment of the traditional residential buildings in the middle of Fujian Province were quantitatively analyzed from two aspects,mountain environment adaptation and residential monomial design.The results indicate that under the construction concept of“macro adaptation meso impact micro creation”,the deviation between environmental conditions and human settlement needs can be gradually corrected from“terrain vegetation architectural form spatial organization detailed structure”.Buildings effectively alleviate solar radiation through mountain site selection and vegetation planting,creating a suitable site environment.The architectural form,spatial organization,and structural details cleverly adapt to the impact of climate,strengthen thermal buffering and achieve natural ventilation effects.The analysis of the summer wind and heat environmental characteristics of traditional residential buildings in Jingtong Village provides reference value for the green construction of traditional residential buildings in the mountainous areas of central Fujian to adapt to the climate.
