摘  要:在2016—2017年间对山东某核电站邻近海域开展了潮间带底栖动物群落调查,分析潮间带底栖动物的季节变化特征及其均匀度、丰富度及多样性指数.结果表明,6个断面18个站位中出现最多的是软体动物,而环节动物种类相对较少.各断面潮间带底栖动物多样性指数的变化范围是0.27~2.09,临近乳山河口的C6断面在生物量方面表现较为突出.在季节变化中,冬季的生物量和相应的物种多样性超过其他3个季节.短滨螺(Littorina brevicula)的优势度在4个季节均超过0.2.具有显著的优势地位.此外,双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)种群在冬季时表现出一定的优势地位,在后期核电取排水冷凝过程中值得进一步关注.In this study,the intertidal zoobenthos community was investigated in the coastal areas of the nuclear power station in Shandong Province from 2016 to 2017,and the seasonal variation characteristics of intertidal zoobenthos community and its richness,mean evenness and diversity index were summarized.The results showed that the mollusks were the most common among the 18 stations in the 6 sections,and the species of annelids were relatively few.The variation range of the intertidal zoobenthos diversity index of each section was 0.27 to 2.09,and the C_6 section near the Rushan estuary was more prominent in terms of biomass.Among the seasonal variations,the diversity and richness index were prominent in winter,and their biomass were also outstanding.In terms of dominant species,the dominance of the Littorina brevicula in the four seasons was more than 0.2 showing significant dominant position.In addition,the population of Perinereis aibuhitensis shows a certain dominance in winter,which deserves further attention for nuclear power condensate operation.
