摘 要:本文以伊犁河谷天然割草地(NM)、补播第1年(R_(1))和补播第3年(R_(3))割草地为研究对象,采用常规方法测定土壤理化性质,第二代高通量测序方法测定土壤微生物,并对土壤理化性质与真菌及细菌群落结构等进行相关性分析。结果表明,补播措施显著增加土壤全氮含量,达38.1%,提高土壤细菌多样性及菌根真菌相对丰度,增强土壤微生物降解和代谢能力,同时转变天然割草地土壤微生物指示类群;土壤真菌属和细菌属水平群落结构与土壤pH值、速效磷等养分含量之间存在显著相关关系(P<0.05)。综上所述,补播措施通过增加地上植物量,间接作用于土壤养分,改变了植物根系土壤微环境,从而调控微生物群落结构与功能,为割草地生产力和生态功能提升以及可持续利用提供重要的理论依据。In this study,the natural mowing land(NM),the first year of reseeding(R_(1))and the third year of reseeding(R_(3))of mowing grasslands were used as research objects.The physical and chemical properties of soil were determined by conventional methods.Soil microorganisms were determined by the second-generation highthroughput sequencing method.The correlation between soil physical and chemical properties and fungal and bac⁃terial community structure were analyzed.The results showed that the reseeding significantly increased the total nitrogen content of soil by 38.1%,increased the diversity of soil bacteria and the relative abundance of mycorrhi⁃zal fungi,enhanced the degradation and metabolism of soil microorganisms,and transformed the soil microbial indicator groups in natural mowing land.There was a significant correlation between the community structure of soil fungal and bacterial genera and soil pH and available phosphorus(P<0.05).In conclusion,reseeding indi⁃rectly acted on soil nutrients by increasing the amount of aboveground plants,and changed the soil microenviron⁃ment of plant roots,thereby regulating the structure and function of microbial communities,and providing an important theoretical basis for the improvement of mowing productivity,ecological function and sustainable use.
