摘 要:本研究以青藏高原风火山地区高寒沼泽草甸为研究对象,研究模拟增温对土壤团聚体及其碳、氮的影响,通过采取OTC增温小室模拟增温,设置对照(CK)、低增温(T1)、高增温(T2)三个处理,对土壤团聚体分布、平均重量直径(Mean weight diameter,MWD)、几何平均直径(Geometric mean diameter,GMD)及团聚体有机碳、全氮进行了测定与分析。结果表明:(1)高寒沼泽草甸土壤以大团聚体和微团聚体为主要组成部分,不同幅度增温处理使大团聚体和微团聚体在土壤中所占比例减少,导致土壤团聚体稳定性下降。(2)表层土壤中有机碳、全氮含量均高于其他土层,增温处理对土壤有机物质含量呈负面影响。(3)土壤团聚体稳定性与土壤有机碳、全氮含量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),土壤稳定性越好,土壤团聚体对于有机碳、全氮的物理保护作用越强。综上,气温升高会导致高寒沼泽草甸土壤稳定性降低,不利于土壤有机碳和全氮的积累。In order to study the effects of simulated warming on soil aggregates and carbon and nitrogen,an open top chamber was used as a simulated warming and three treatments such as control check(CK),low tempera⁃ture increase(T1)and high temperature increase(T2)were set up.The soil samples in the alpine swamp meadow were taken in the Fenghuoshan area of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and distribution of soil aggregates,mean weight diameter(Mean weight diameter,MWD),geometric weight diameter(Geometric mean diameter,GMD),organic carbon and total nitrogen in soil aggregates were tested and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The soil of alpine marsh was mainly composed of macroaggregates and microaggregates,and the proportion of macroaggregates and microaggregates in the soil decreased under different warming treatments,which led to the decrease of the stability of soil aggregates.(2)The contents of organic carbon and total nitrogen in surface soil were higher than those in other soil layers.Warming treatment had a negative effect on soil organic matter content.(3)Soil aggregate stability was significantly positively correlated with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content(P<0.05).The better the soil stability,the stronger the physical protective effect of soil aggre⁃gate on organic carbon and total nitrogen.In conclusion,the temperature increase led to the decrease of soil sta⁃bility in alpine swamp meadow,which was not conducive to the accumulation of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen.
