摘  要:文章选取G20国家2000—2018年生效的64个区域贸易协定为样本,构建了数字贸易规则深度指数及条款异质性指数,并基于G20国家的出口增加值及增加值分解数据,实证检验了RTA数字贸易规则总深度、电子商务条款深度、数据流动条款深度、知识产权保护条款深度对缔约方出口增加值的影响。结果表明:RTA数字贸易规则显著提升了缔约方的出口增加值,其中电子商务条款的促进作用最大;对于中间品出口和复杂价值链贸易,数字贸易规则产生的促进效果更显著。机制检验发现,数字贸易规则通过削减贸易成本和提升创新水平两条路径促进出口增加值提升,而国内监管质量的差异会削弱数字贸易规则对出口增加值的促进作用。This study examines the impact of digital trade rules within regional trade agreements(RTAs)on export value-added,using a sample of 64 RTAs enacted by G20 countries between 2000 and 2018.A digital trade rule depth index and a clause heterogeneity index are constructed to empirically analyze the effects of the overall depth of digital trade rules,as well as the depth of e-commerce,data flow,and intellectual property protection clauses on member states'export value-added,based on export value-added and value-added decomposition data.The results show that the RTA digital trade rules significantly improve the export added value of the member countries,with ecommerce clauses exerting the most substantial positive effect.For intermediate exports and complex value chain trade,the promotion effect of digital trade rules is more significant.The mechanism test found that digital trade rules promoted the increase of export added value by reducing trade costs and improving innovation level,while the difference in domestic regulatory quality would weaken the positive impact of digital trade rules on export added value.
