摘 要:电磁成形(electromagnetic forming,EMF)技术因其较低的能量转换效率饱受诟病,目前针对其能量转换过程的研究也不充分。传统研究往往重点关注成形精度的改善,缺乏从能量的角度对成形效率进行优化。为此,针对管件电磁胀形过程,采用理论分析与仿真计算相结合的方式,揭示整个成形过程中各种能量相互转换的动态过程;得到电源参数、线圈参数以及耦合关系变化对能量转换效率的影响规律。结果表明,在管件电磁胀形中,能量转换效率随着电源电容值、线圈匝数、层数的增加,呈现先增大后减小的趋势,成形过程的能量转换效率存在最优设置,优化后的效率约为优化前的1.5倍。而相较于电源参数以及线圈结构参数的改进,通过添加集磁器来改进成形系统间耦合关系的方式对能量利用效率的提升更为明显,可进一步将效率提升至1.7倍。研究成果可以加深对EMF能量动态转换机制的理解,并为EMF能量转换效率的研究提供新思路。Electromagnetic forming(EMF)technology has been criticized for its low energy conversion efficiency,and the current research on its energy conversion process is not sufficient.Traditional research often focuses on the improvement of forming accuracy and lacks the optimization of forming efficiency from the perspective of energy.Therefore,the dynamic process of energy conversion in the whole forming process is revealed by combining theoretical analysis with simulation calculation.The influence laws of power supply parameters,coil parameters and coupling relation on energy conversion efficiency are obtained.The results show that the energy conversion efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of power capacitance,coil turns and layers.There is an optimal setting of energy conversion efficiency in the forming process,and the efficiency after optimization is about 1.5 times of that before optimization.Compared with the improvement of the power supply parameters and coil structure parameters,the improvement of the coupling relationship between the forming systems by adding a field shaper can improve the energy utilization efficiency more significantly,and the efficiency can be further increased to 1.7 times.The research results of this paper can deepen the understanding of EMF dynamic energy conversion mechanism,and provide a new idea for the study of EMF energy conversion efficiency.
