摘 要:随着煤矿智能化不断加速推进,智能透明开采技术已成为智能化煤矿建设亟待解决的技术难题。针对现有工作面地质模型数据不足,基础较差,设备的稳定性、准确性、实时性能力不足,控制系统水平、自主分析决策效果不佳等问题,以金凤煤矿为研究背景,提出了一种基于地质保障+5G的智能透明开采技术路线。结果表明:实际各项指标均优于理论考核指标,有效提升了自适应采煤工作效率,大大降低了作业人员的劳动强度,提高了采煤过程中的稳定性、安全性和智能化水平,为煤矿智能开采提供了有效技术保障。With the continuous advance of the intelligent coal mining technology,the intelligent transparent mining technology has become a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the construction of in⁃telligent coal mines.In view of the insufficient data and poor foundation of the geological model for the exist⁃ing working surface,the instability,inaccuracy,and insufficient real-time performance of the equipment,the poor control level of the control system,and the poor autonomous analysis and decision-making effect,this paper takes Ningxia Coal’s Jinfeng Coal Mine as the research background to put forward an intelligent trans⁃parent mining technology route based on geological support+5G.The results show that all actual indicators are better than the theoretical assessment indicators,which effectively improves the adaptive coal mining effi⁃ciency,greatly reduces the labor intensity of coal mining operators,and improves the stability,safety,and in⁃telligence level in the coal mining process,providing effective technical guarantee for intelligent coal mining.
