摘 要:为提高矿井采出率,减小巷道变形,以任家庄煤矿210303回风巷为研究对象,根据地质条件、巷道空间关系等,运用弹性地基梁理论公式,计算出210303回风巷上覆岩层断裂线位于实体煤上方。建立了210303回风巷煤柱体结构力学模型,对煤柱结构进行应力分析,确定了护巷小煤柱断裂滑移线,并通过数值模拟验证了护巷小煤柱断裂滑移线位于煤柱内侧2.0 m。在此基础上,提出任家庄煤矿210303回风巷高预应力锚杆+高预紧力锚索+高强度钢带的联合支护方案。通过现场应用及矿压监测,210303回风巷掘进初期围岩变形呈线性增长,20 d后变形率逐渐趋近于零,支护体系安全可靠,护巷小煤柱巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。To improve the coal recovery rate and reduce the roadway deformation,this paper takes the 210303 return air roadway of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine as the research object.Based on the geological condi⁃tions and the spatial relationship of the roadway,it calculates the fracture line of the overlying rock strata of the 210303 return air roadway located above the solid coal using the theoretical formula for the elastic foun⁃dation beam.This paper builds a mechanical model of the coal pillar structure in the 210303 return air road⁃way,analyzes the stress of the coal pillar structure,and determines the fracture slip line of the small coal pillar in roadway protection.Furthermore,it is verified from numerical simulation that the fracture slip line of the small coal pillar in roadway protection is located within 2.0 m inside the coal pillar.On this basis,this paper puts forward the combined support scheme of high pre-stressed anchor+high preload anchor ca⁃ble+high-strength steel belt in the 210303 return air roadway of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine.Through field ap⁃plication and ground pressure monitoring,the surrounding rock deformation of the 210303 return air roadway increases linearly in the initial excavation stage of the roadway,and the deformation rate gradually approach⁃es to zero after 20 days.The support system is safe and reliable,and the surrounding rock deformation of roadway in the small coal pillar is effectively controlled.
