摘  要:通过对准格尔地区煤粉炉粉煤灰的物相、矿物组成及微观形貌的研究,发现其中的氧化铝含量为50%,但主要以低活性的莫来石、刚玉和硅酸盐玻璃相形式存在,通过酸法提取氧化铝难度较大。以二水氯化钙为助剂,通过焙烧活化,将低活性的莫来石转化为活性较高的钙长石和钙铝黄长石,使氧化铝在较低的温度和酸度下溶出。结果表明:在兼顾生产成本和效率的前提下,焙烧温度1100℃、焙烧2.5 h,二水氯化钙比粉煤灰(质量比)为1∶1时,氧化铝在盐酸介质中的溶出率为93%,此条件可作为最优活化条件。According to the research on the phase,mineral composition,and microtopography of fly ash pro⁃duced by the pulverized coal furnace in the Zhunger region,it is found that the alumina content is about 50%,but it mainly exists in the form of low activity mullite and corundum.Thus,it is difficult to extract alumina by acid method.With calcium chloride dihydrate as an additive,the low activity mullite can be con⁃verted into more active anorthite and gehlenite by calcination,so that the alumina is dissolved at lower tem⁃perature and acidity.The results show that under the premise of keeping low production cost and high effi⁃ciency,when the calcination temperature is 1100℃,the calcination time is 2.5 hours,and the ratio of calci⁃um chloride to fly ash(mass ratio)is 1∶1,the dissolution ratio of alumina in hydrochloric acid medium can reach 93%.This condition can be regarded as the optimal activation condition.
