摘  要:针对阀门流量调节下能耗大的问题,搭建离心泵变转速流量调节实验台进行离心泵调速特性实验。通过改变离心泵电机供电频率,记录20 Hz~60 Hz调节对应的频率、转速、流量、进出口压强差、功率等数值,使用Excel对采集的数据进行预处理,使用Python、MATLAB绘制频率—流量、频率—轴功率、频率—效率、频率—扬程曲线,以及频率(转速)—流量—扬程、频率(转速)—流量—轴功率、频率(转速)—流量—效率曲面,并拟合生成离心泵的变转速特性曲面、曲线方程。结果表明:在频率为47 Hz时,离心泵的效率达到最大,得到的各曲面方程可内置于不同型号的离心泵数据库中。To address the problem of high energy consumption during valve flow regulation,a test bench for the variable speed flow regulation of the centrifugal pump was built to test the speed control characteristics of centrifugal pumps.By changing the power supply frequency of the pump motor,the frequency,rotating speed,flow rate,pressure difference between inlet and outlet,and power values corresponding to the regula⁃tion within 20 Hz~60 Hz were recorded.The collected data were pre-processed using Excel.Frequency-flow,frequency-shaft power,and frequency-efficiency,frequency-head curves,as well as frequency(speed)-flowhead,frequency(speed)-flow-shaft power,and frequency(speed)-flow-efficiency surfaces were plotted using Python and MATLAB and fitted to generate the variable speed characteristic surface of the centrifugal pump and the curve equations.The results show that the efficiency of the centrifugal pump reaches the maximum value at a frequency of 47 Hz.The curved surface equations obtained can be stored in the database for dif⁃ferent pump models.
