摘  要:鉴于国内尚无70 MPa一体式移动撬装加氢装置技术实施成熟经验可借鉴,除常规问题外,制造过程还需要重点解决集装箱内部的布局紧凑且合理、装置安全运行及保温和保冷问题,可在设计上通过强化主要设备选型、优化工艺设备布置、安装自动控制系统、采取绝热保冷措施加以解决。结果表明:加氢装置的各设备单元模块都能达到设计要求,压缩机的运行性能表现更加优异;装置给氢燃料电池车实际加注的能力为24.68 kg/h,满足设计值20 kg/h的指标要求,多次在现场调试过程中,各设备运行正常,具备正常生产加注需求。At present there is no mature technical experience for implementation of 70MPa integrated mobile skid mounted hydrogenation unit in China.In addition to common issues,the focus should be made on solv⁃ing the following issues in the manufacturing process:compact and reasonable layout inside the container,safe operation of the unit,and insulation and cold preservation.These issues can be solved by selecting main equipment suitable for the unit,optimizing the layout of process equipment,installing an automatic con⁃trol system,and taking heat insulation and cooling measures in the design process.The results show that all modules of the mobile skid mounted hydrogenation unit can meet the design requirements,and the compres⁃sor has more excellent operation performance;the hydrogenation unit’actual capacity of charging the hydro⁃gen into the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is about 24.68 kg/h,meeting the design indicator of 20 kg/h;mean⁃while,in the field commissioning process for many times,the equipment runs normally,meeting normal refuel⁃ing requirements.
