摘  要:以某焦化企业的125 t/h干熄炉及其配套发电系统数据为基础,对干熄焦余热发电系统进行节能量计算。结果表明:在干熄焦100万t/a、工作8 000 h/a的条件下,根据最新的折标系数进行折算后,干熄焦余热发电系统的能源收益为29 960.4 tce、能源支出为22 491.28 tce、节能量为7 469.12 tce,具有良好的节能效益。通过节能量的热力计算过程,应用MATLAB中的GUI界面进行程序设计,在编程中调用refpropm函数,设计出能够计算干熄焦余热发电系统节能量的程序。Based on the data of the 125 t/h CDQ furnace and its supporting power generation system that are used by a coking enterprise,this paper calculated the energy saving quantity of the CDQ waste heat pow⁃er generation system.The results show that under the conditions of 1 million t/a and 8000 h/a,the CDQ waste heat power generation system has an energy benefit of 29960.4tce,an energy expenditure of 22491.28 tce,and an energy saving of 7469.12 tce,manifesting that the system has good energy-saving benefits.According to the thermodynamic calculation process of energy saving capacity,the GUI interface in MATLAB was used for program design,and the refpropm function was called in the programming to design a program that can calculate the energy saving capacity of the CDQ waste heat power generation system.
