摘 要:研究了变质剂Sr和细化剂Al-5Ti-1B、Al-3Ti-1B和TCB对免热处理压铸铝硅合金变质及细化的影响。采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试手段,研究了变质剂Sr对免热处理压铸铝硅合金中共晶硅的变质效果和不同细化剂Al-5Ti-1B、Al-3Ti-1B和TCB对免热处理压铸铝硅合金的细化作用。研究发现,Sr可以有效地对免热处理压铸铝硅合金中共晶硅进行变质处理,将片状、针状的共晶硅转变为纤维状等使其有利于其力学性能的增强,并且在添加质量分数0.035%的Sr后免热处理压铸铝硅合金中共晶硅的变质效果最好。相比于Al-5Ti-1B和Al-3Ti-1B,细化剂TCB对免热处理压铸铝硅合金的细化效果最好。利用TCB晶种合金中的陶瓷颗粒可细化免热处理压铸铝硅合金中的α-Al晶粒,并改善免热处理压铸铝硅合金中富铁相的分布,并且最优添加量为质量分数1.5%。The effects of Sr and Al-5Ti-1B,Al-3Ti-1B and TCB on the modification and refinement of heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloys are studied.The metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)are used to study the modification effect of Sr on eutectic silicon in heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy and the refinement effect of Al-5Ti-1B,Al-3Ti-1B and TCB on heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy.Research has found that Sr can effectively modify the eutectic silicon in heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy,and transform the flaky and needle-like eutectic silicon into fibrous,which is conducive to the enhancement of its mechanical properties.And the modification effect of eutectic silicon in heat-treatmentfree die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy is the best after adding 0.035 wt.%Sr.Compared with Al-5Ti-1B and Al-3Ti-1B,the refiner TCB has the best refinement effect on heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy.The ceramic particles in the TCB seed alloy can refine theα-Al grains in heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy and improve the distribution of iron-rich phase in heat-treatment-free die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy,and the optimal addition amount is 1.5 wt.%.
