摘 要:为解决TBM洞碴生产机制砂石质量低、粒型和级配不合格问题,进行TBM洞碴加工工艺研究。以某项目A、项目B工程为例,采用颗粒级配试验建立TBM洞碴特性颗粒级配曲线模型,分析TBM洞碴加工生产砂石骨料技术难点,进行针对性工艺流程设计。对比TBM洞碴和钻爆法洞碴给料、破碎、筛分、制砂、湿法工艺的差异性,探讨TBM洞碴给料防板结、湿法生产、质量控制措施的优缺点,进而提出TBM洞碴加工高品质机制骨料工艺优化方案,讨论其可行性。研究结果表明:设置-19°倾角座式振动给料方式能顺畅TBM洞碴振动给料,采用针片状控制筛和多级整形能解决级配碎石针片状率问题,针片状率依次降为0%、2%、5%,指标均满足国标要求规范。提出的TBM洞碴加工高品质机制骨料工艺优化方案,可有效减小级配碎石针片状率和压碎值、优化细度模数和颗粒级配,具有显著技术经济效果。研究结果为进一步优化TBM洞碴制备高品质机制砂石加工工艺、打造绿色隧道提供参考。To solve the problems of low sand and gravel quality,unqualified particle size and grading in TBM tunnel debris production,research on TBM tunnel debris processing technology is conducted.Taking project A and project B as examples,a particle size distribution test is used to establish a TBM tunnel debris characteristic particle size distribution curve model,analyze the technical difficulties in TBM tunnel debris processing and production of sand and gravel aggregates,and design targeted process flow.Comparing the differences between TBM tunnel debris and drilling and blasting methoddebris in terms of feeding,crushing,screening,sand making,and wet process,the advantages and disadvantages of TBM tunnel debris feeding anti caking,wet production,and quality control measures are explored,an optimization plan is proposed for high-quality aggregate processing of TBM tunnel debris,and its feasibility is discussed.The research results show that the setting of-19°inclined seat vibration feeding method can smoothly feed TBM tunnel debris.The use of needle shaped control screens and multi-stage shaping can solve the problem of needle shaped rate of aggregates.The needle shaped rate is reduced to 0%,2%,and 5%respectively,and the indicators meet the national standard requirements and specifications.The proposed optimization scheme for high-quality aggregate processing of TBM tunnel debris can effectively reduce the needle like rate and crushing value of aggregates,optimize the fineness modulus and particle size distribution,and have significant technical and economic effects.The research results provide reference for further optimizing the highquality sand and aggregates processing technology for TBM tunnel debris preparation and creating green tunnels.
