摘 要:清洁燃料锅炉通常使用天然气和木质颗粒作为主要燃料以减少其排放量。锅炉热效率的精确计算对于控制影响锅炉热效率的参数具有重要作用。但计算锅炉热效率的传统计算方法主要针对燃煤锅炉,不适宜用于清洁燃料锅炉,且在计算时需要输入大量参数,导致无法快速、精确地计算清洁燃料锅炉的热效率。为了快速、精确地计算清洁燃料锅炉的热效率,采用误差分析方法研究提出了一种用于计算天然气和生物质锅炉热效率的新型数学模型。基于误差分析方法获取清洁燃料工业锅炉热效率的主要影响因素,并以此为函数,开发了用于计算锅炉的热效率的新型数学模型。最后,数学模型计算所得到的结果与实验数据对比结果显示,最大误差值不超过3%,说明了所提新型计算方法的合理性与商业可行性。Clean fuel boilers typically use natural gas and wood pellets as their primary fuels,thus reducing their emissions.The precise calculation of the boiler thermal efficiency plays an important role in controlling the parameters that affect the boiler thermal efficiency.However,the traditional calculation method for calculating boiler thermal efficiency is mainly for coal-fired boilers and is not suitable for clean fuel boilers.A large number of parameters need to be input during calculation,making it impossible to quickly and accurately calculate the thermal efficiency of clean fuel boilers.In order to quickly and accurately calculate the thermal efficiency of clean fuel boilers,a new mathematical model for calculating the thermal efficiency of natural gas and biomass boilers is proposed using error analysis method.Based on the error analysis method,the main influencing factors of the thermal efficiency of clean fuel industrial boilers are obtained,and based on this as a function,a new mathematical model for calculating the thermal efficiency of the boiler is developed.Finally,the comparison between the results calculated by the mathematical model and the experimental data shows that the maximum error value is less than 3%,which illustrates the rationality and commercial feasibility of the proposed new calculation method.
