摘  要:轨道交通预制舱变电站是一种融合预制舱技术于城市轨道交通牵引供电系统中的重要解决方案。在广泛的工程实践中,发现该方案在方案设计及工艺细节、安全性、操作便捷性、维护保养便利性等方面存在不足。针对上述问题,提出了一系列改进措施。首先,采用宽体设计以提升箱体的结构强度与稳定性,提升箱体运维的便捷、友好性,提高箱体的整体传热系数,减少了热桥和热损失;其次,减少直流系统电缆用量,优先采用直流系统一次母排连接,提高电能传输的效率与安全性;最后,采用长寿命更易维护的不干胶贴花工艺替代外壳表面整体喷绘工艺,解决外观装饰的维护问题。通过这些改进措施在几个项目的实施,明显提升了轨道交通预制舱变电站的整体性能与运行效益,为城市轨道交通的可持续发展做出积极贡献。The rail transit prefabricated cabin substation is an important solution that integrates the prefabricated cabin technology in the urban rail transit traction power supply system.In a wide range of engineering practice,it is observed that the scheme is insufficient in the design and process details,safety,operation convenience,maintenance convenience and other aspects of maintenance.In view of the above problems,a series of improvement measures are proposed.Firstly,the wide-body design is adopted to improve the structural strength and stability of the box,improve the convenience and friendliness of the operation and maintenance,improve the overall heat transfer coefficient of the box,reduce the heat bridge and the heat loss.Secondly,the cable consumption of DC system is reduced and the primary bus connection is used for the purpose of DC system to improve the efficiency and safety of power transmission.Finally,the sticker process is adopted to replace the whole spray process to solve the maintenance problem of exterior decoration.Through the implementation of these improvement measures in several projects,the overall performance and operation efficiency of the rail transit prefabricated cabin substation have been significantly improved,making a positive contribution to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
