摘  要:基于功率器件IGBT设计出一种全桥式直流固态断路器拓扑结构,使用该拓扑结构对于固态断路器短路故障时闭合工况下电流特性以及开断工况下原理进行详尽的分析,加入缓冲支路减轻了避雷器吸收能量的压力,有效减少故障电流的切除时间。在电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建仿真电路模型,由仿真波形结果可以得出,提出的固态断路器拓扑结构设计,其最大分断电流达到1 kA,分断电流时间为1.7 ms,避雷器能量吸收时间为0.9 ms。与其他方案相比,避雷器上能量吸收减少,电流切除时间更短。基于IGBT搭建了低压直流固态断路器实验室原理样机,设计了原理样机的硬件电路以及软件电路,波形的采集验证了电流转移过程以及方案的可行性。A full bridge DC solid-state circuit breaker topology is proposed based on power device IGBT.The topology is provided a detailed analysis of the current characteristics under the closed condition and the principle under the open condition when the solid-state circuit breaker experiences a short-circuit fault.By adding a buffer branch,the pressure on the lightning arrester to absorb energy is reduced,effectively reducing the cutting time of the fault current.A simulation circuit model is built in the electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC,the simulation waveform results show that the maximum breaking current of the solid-state circuit breaker topology designed reaches 1 kA,the breaking current time is 1.7 ms,and the energy absorption time of the lightning arrester is 0.9 ms.Compared with other schemes,the energy absorption on the lightning arrester is reduced,and the current cutting time is shorter.Based on IGBT,a low-voltage DC solid-state circuit breaker laboratory prototype is built.The hardware and software circuits of the prototype are designed,and the current transfer process and feasibility of the scheme are verified by waveform collection.
