摘 要:高速永磁电机转子偏心问题时有发生,且引起电机故障。故针对一台转速为11000 r/min功率为300 kW的高速永磁电机,利用有限元软件建立其转子偏心模型,分析研究了该高速永磁电机在转子偏心状态下的气隙磁场分布,发现定转子气隙减小处气隙磁密幅值增大,气隙增大处气隙磁密值减小,且转子偏心率越大,该种状况越明显。利用快速傅里叶分析解析了气隙磁密波形中的谐波情况,偏心率越大,气隙磁密谐波越多。同时,得到了高速永磁电机在转子偏心状态下的不平衡磁拉力,不平衡磁拉力随偏心率的增大而增大。故应在高速永磁电机电磁设计和生产工艺环节尽量避免出现转子偏心的情况。The rotor eccentricity problem of high-speed permanent magnet motor is occasionally encountered and motor failure is caused.Therefore,for a high-speed permanent magnet motor with the speed of 11000 r/min and the power of 300 kW,the rotor eccentricity model is established by finite element software,and the magnetic field distribution of the air gap of the high-speed permanent magnet motor in the rotor eccentricity state is analyzed and studied.It is found that the magnetic density amplitude of the air gap increases when the air gap decreases in the stator and rotor,and the magnetic density of the air gap decreases when the air gap increases,and the greater the eccentricity of the rotor,the more obvious this condition becomes.Fast Fourier analysis was utilized to analyze the harmonic content in the air gap magnetic density waveform,revealing that the larger the eccentricity,the more harmonics are present in the air gap magnetic density.At the same time,the unbalanced magnetic pull of the high-speed permanent magnet motor in the eccentric state of the rotor is obtained,which increases with the increase of eccentricity.Therefore,the rotor eccentricity should be avoided as much as possible in the electromagnetic design and production process of high-speed permanent magnet motors.
