摘 要:为了研究极靴式外转子的振动噪声性能,分别建立表贴式外转子永磁轮毂电机和新型极靴式六相外转子永磁体轮毂电机电磁场模型,通过转矩和转矩脉动约束条件对极靴式外转子电机极靴高度进行优化,得出最优极靴高度。然后分析了两款外转子的电磁力频谱,发现低频段新型外转子的电磁力幅值高于表贴外转子,但在高频段明显并没有明显的大小趋势。为了分析两款外转子的振动特性,对两者都进行模态分析,除了5阶次模态频率较低外,其他模态频率都高于表贴式外转子。最后导出两款外转子的电磁力载荷加到结构有限元模型中进行振动分析,发现极靴式外转子低频段振动速度都低于表贴式外转子,存在较大差异的地方在3800 Hz频率处,前者振动速度高于后者。通过声学有限元仿真结果发现两者声压级差距在低频段较小,极靴式外转子低频声压级高于表贴外转子。In order to study the vibration and noise performance of the pole shoe type outer rotor,the electromagnetic field model of the surface mounted outer rotor permanent magnet in-wheel motor and the new pole shoe type six-phase outer rotor permanent magnet in-wheel motor are established respectively.The pole shoe height of the pole shoe type outer rotor motor is optimized by the torque and torque pulsation constraints to obtain the optimal pole shoe height.Then the electromagnetic force spectrum of the two outer rotors is analyzed,and it is found that the electromagnetic force amplitude of the new outer rotor in the low frequency band is higher than that of the surface mounted outer rotor,but there is no obvious trend in the high frequency band.In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of the two outer rotors,modal analysis is performed on both.Except for the 5th order modal frequency,the other modal frequencies are higher than the surface mounted outer rotor.Finally,the electromagnetic force loads of the two outer rotors are derived and added to the structural finite element model for vibration analysis.It is found that the vibration speed of the pole shoe type outer rotor in the low frequency band is lower than that of the surface mounted outer rotor.The place with a large difference is at the frequency of 3800 Hz,and the vibration speed of the former is higher than that of the latter.The acoustic finite element simulation results show that the difference in sound pressure levels between the two is smaller in the lowfrequency band,and the low-frequency sound pressure level of the pole shoe outer rotor is higher than that of thesurface mounted outer rotor.
