摘　　要：提升产业链供应链韧性是保持经济高速增长与社会稳定发展的重要基础,而国家创新型城市试点政策的实施为产业链供应链韧性增强提供了新动能。本文以2006—2023年上市公司面板数据为研究样本,以国家创新型城市试点政策为准自然实验,实证考察了创新驱动政策对产业链供应链韧性的影响效应与机制作用。研究发现,国家创新型城市试点政策对产业链供应链韧性增强存在显著促进作用。异质性结果表明,在国有企业、大规模企业、资本密集型与技术密集型行业分组下,国家创新型城市试点政策显著促进了产业链供应链韧性提升。机制检验发现,国家创新型城市试点政策主要通过数字基础设施建设、财政支持力度加大促进产业链供应链韧性增强。Enhancing the resilience of industrial and supply chains is an important support for maintaining high-speed economic growth and stable social development,and the implementation of the national innovative city pilot policy provides new momentum for enhancing the resilience of industrial and supply chains.This article takes the panel data of listed companies from 2006 to 2023 as the research sample,and uses the national innovation city pilot policy as a quasi natural experiment to empirically examine the impact and mechanism of innovation driven policies on the resilience of industrial and supply chains.The research results show that the pilot policy of national innovative cities has a significant promoting effect on enhancing the resilience of industrial and supply chains,and it still holds true after a series of robustness tests.Heterogeneity results indicate that under the grouping of state-owned enterprises,large-scale enterprises,capital intensive and technology intensive industries,the national innovation city pilot policy significantly promotes the improvement of industrial chain and supply chain resilience.The results of the mechanism test show that the pilot policies for national innovative cities mainly promote the enhancement of industrial and supply chain resilience through the construction of digital infrastructure and increased financial support.
