联合载荷及角偏斜下微涡轮角接触球轴承打滑分析

摘  要:打滑是轴承滚动体与滚道接触区域经常发生的一种现象,经常导致轴承的早期失效。基于赫兹接触理论建立轴承拟静力学模型,以Hirano打滑准则为理论基础,在联合载荷以及角偏斜的影响下,对7000C轴承进行了打滑分析。研究结果表明:在一定转速和径向载荷下存在最小轴向预紧力,使轴承不打滑。径向载荷增加使最小轴向预紧力减小,转速增加使最小轴向预紧力增加;转速升高打滑系数减小,轴向预紧力增大打滑系数增加,因此可以通过增加轴向预紧力或减小转速来增加打滑系数,避免轴承打滑;轴向预紧力和径向载荷影响轴承的打滑区域,打滑区域随着轴向预紧力的增大而减小,随着径向载荷的增大而增大。72°~108°和252°~288°是球最易发生打滑的区域;轴承在预紧时会发生角偏斜,偏斜角越大,打滑系数越大。108°和252°位置的球的打滑系数最小,最易打滑,而0°位置的球的打滑系数最大,最不易打滑。Slip often occurs in the contact area between the bearing rolling body and the raceway,which often leads to the early failure of the bearing.Based on Hertzian contact theory,a pseudo-static model of bearing is established.Based on Hirano slip criterion,the slip analysis of 7000C bearing is carried out under the influence of joint load and angular deviation.The results show that the minimum axial preload exists at a certain speed and radial load,which prevents the bearing from slipping.The minimum axial preload decreases with the increase of radial load,while the minimum axial preload increases with the increase of rotational speed.As the speed increases,the slip coefficient decreases and the axial preload increases.Therefore,the slip coefficient can be increased by increasing the axial preload or reducing the speed to avoid the bearing slipping.Axial preload and radial load affect the slippage region of the bearing.The slippage region decreases with the increase of axial preload and increases with the increase of radial load.72°~108°and 252°~288°are the areas where the ball is most likely to slip.The bearing has angle deflection when it is preloaded,and the larger the angle of deflection,the larger the slip coefficient.The ball at positions 108°and 252°has the lowest slip coefficient and is most prone to slip,while the ball at position 0°has the highest slip coefficient and is least prone to slip.
