摘  要:为提高海上波浪能利用率,基于棘轮式海洋波浪能发电装置设计双行程波浪能发电装置,实现上下双行程有效发电。该装置主要由浮子、往复运动部件、齿轮机构和两个棘轮机构等组成,通过浮子上下运动带动齿条往复运动,经机械变换使棘轮机构驱动传动轴旋转,将波浪能转化为单向机械能用于发电。利用ANSYS有限元软件对棘轮和棘爪进行静力学分析,确定材料属性、划分网格并施加约束和载荷,结果表明其刚度和强度符合设计要求,如棘轮最大形变0.0045 mm,最大应力10.62 MPa,棘爪最大形变0.0058 mm,最大应力11.27 MPa,均远低于材料屈服强度。运用AQWA软件对捕能结构浮子进行水动力学仿真分析,根据模拟环境参数计算,确定浮子尺寸和质量参数,其波浪激励力能提供足够驱动力。装置整体性能可靠,有效提升波浪能利用效率。To improve the utilization efficiency of offshore wave energy,a dual stroke wave energy generation device based on a ratchet type ocean wave energy generation device is designed to achieve effective power generation in both upper and lower strokes.The device mainly consists of a float,reciprocating parts,gear mechanism,and two ratchet mechanisms.The float moves up and down to drive the rack to reciprocate,and the ratchet mechanism drives the transmission shaft to rotate through mechanical transformation,converting wave energy into unidirectional mechanical energy for power generation.Using ANSYS finite element software for static analysis of ratchet and pawl,material properties are determined,mesh is divided,and constraints and loads are applied.The results show that their stiffness and strength meet the design requirements.For example,the maximum deformation of ratchet is 0.0045 mm and the maximum stress is 10.62 MPa,while the maximum deformation of pawl is 0.0058 mm and the maximum stress is 11.27 MPa,all of which are far below the yield strength of the material.Using AQWA software to conduct hydrodynamic simulation analysis on the energy harvesting structure float,determining the size and mass parameters of the float based on simulated environmental parameters,and ensuring that the wave excitation force can provide sufficient driving force.The overall performance of the device is reliable,effectively improving the efficiency of wave energy utilization.
