摘 要:WC晶粒异常长大是黏结剂喷射增材制造硬质合金的巨大挑战。为解决这一问题,通过选取碳化钒作为WC晶粒生长抑制剂,系统分析了碳化钒添加剂含量对黏结剂喷射增材制造硬质合金的显微结构及力学性能的影响机制。通过微观结构观察发现,碳化钒的引入有效地抑制了黏结剂喷射增材制造硬质合金打印-烧结件的WC晶粒异常长大现象,并且WC晶粒细化效果显著,整体显微结构更为均匀。此外,碳化钒的添加同时还在一定程度上起到了降低硬质合金打印-烧结件表面粗糙度的作用,当碳化钒的添加量的质量分数为0.5%时,硬质合金打印-烧结件的表面粗糙度从最高6.49μm下降至最低4.51μm。力学性能测试结果也显示,添加质量分数为0.5%的碳化钒对硬质合金显微结构及力学性能起到最佳的优化作用,硬质合金打印-烧结件的硬度从1085 HV30提升到1156 HV30,抗弯强度从2119 MPa提升到2312 MPa。Abnormal WC grain growth is the major challenge in the binder jetting additive manufacturing of cement carbide components.To address these issue,vanadium carbide is selected as a WC grain growth inhibitor,and the effects of vanadium carbide additives content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the binder jetting additively manufactured cemented carbides are systematically studied.Through the microstructure observation,it is found that the addition of vanadium carbide efficiently suppresses the abnormal WC grain growth of the binder jetting additively manufactured cemented carbides.It also leads to a significant WC grain refinement effect and results in a uniform microstructure.Besides,the addition of vanadium carbide also reduces the surface roughness of the cemented carbide sintered sample,and with 0.5%addition of vanadium carbide(weight),the surface roughness of the sintered sample is found to be decreased to the lowest 4.51μm from 6.49μm.Characterization of the mechanical properties also reveal that 5%vanadium carbides additive(weight)has the optimum effect on both microstructure and mechanical property improvement,both hardness and bending strength of the sintered cemented carbides exhibit an increase from 1085 HV30 to 1156 HV30 and from 2119 MPa to 2214 MPa,respectively.Yet,the fracture toughness decreases slightly from 16.9 MPa to 14.3 MPa.
