摘 要:现有智能制造系统设计方法存在针对性不强、与实际生产契合度差、系统实施后不达标等问题。提出了一种基于工艺元的智能制造系统工程设计方法,集成了精益工艺管控、柔性生产线设计及应用模式、生产数据采集和分析控制系统等关键元素,并明确了工艺元创新设计的两大策略。讨论了智能制造系统工程设计方法,对产品柔性化组合进行论证和仓储空间计算等,并考虑了FMCS系统需求、Smart MES及FMS系统等工艺方案设计的参考要素。新厂区工艺方案强调生产能力的可扩展性、质量管控的可落地性、生产连续性、物流配送精细化管理、工装的规范化管理、工艺布局的合理性及绿色工厂的可持续性。提供针对工艺痛点的优化方案、IoT物联网设计、智能仓储物流解决策略和生产环境管理系统设计。所提方法为智能制造系统工程设计提供了参考,已用于实际生产,生产组织模式更为科学合理,取得了预期的生产效率提升。The existing intelligent manufacturing system design methods have problems such as weak pertinence,poor fit with actual production,and substandard after system implementation.A design method is proposed for intelligent manufacturing systems based on process elements,which integrates key elements such as lean processes,flexible production lines design&application,production data acquisition/analysis/control systems,and the two major strategies of process element innovation design are clarified.The content of design services are discussed,such as product flexibility combination demonstration and warehouse space calculation,and the reference elements are considered for process scheme design such as FMCS system requirements,Smart MES,and FMS systems.The new factory process plan emphasizes the scalability of production capacity,the feasibility of quality control,production continuity,fine management of logistics distribution,standardized management of tooling,the rationality of process layout,and the sustainability of green factories.Optimization solutions are provided for the process pain points of the factory,IoT design,intelligent warehousing and logistics solution strategies,and production environment management system design.Explored the application of flexible chemical process element innovation design and process simulation system.The proposed method provides a reference for the engineering design method of intelligent manufacturing system and improves the pertinence of the design system.
