摘 要:射流偏转板是电液伺服阀的核心元件之一,具有一级放大反馈作用,其加工质量直接影响伺服阀的性能。针对偏转板技术细窄槽加工方法和加工参数进行理论分析和试验验证,通过研究对比不同加工方法对偏转板细窄槽形成的原理,确定慢走丝-电火花-慢走丝组合加工偏转板细窄槽为最优方案。研究分析不同切割方式(割一多修)慢走丝加工参数:放电电流、脉冲宽度、丝速、丝张力、冲液压力对偏转板细窄槽(V形槽)加工形成的表面粗糙度Ra、表面去除率、工作尖边R0.005 max的影响关系,在相同电参数下,采用割1修4能够满足R0.005 max的要求;在割1修4的条件下进行多次试验,通过轮廓粗糙度仪测量加工结果,最终确立加工偏转板V形槽的最优参数为放电电流I=1 A、脉冲宽度Ton=10μs、丝速Aw=100 m/min、丝张力Fw=2 N、冲液压力P=0.2 Pa,此时加工效率最优。The jet deflector plate is one of the core components of the electro-hydraulic servo valve,which has the function of one stage amplification feedback,and its machining quality directly affects the performance of the servo valve.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of thin slot machining methods and processing parameters of deflection plate technology,studies and comparison are carried out on the principles of forming thin and narrow slots of deflection plate by different processing methods,and it is determined that the optimal scheme is the combination of slow wire-EDM-slow wire-machining thin and narrow slots of deflection plate.Research is carried out on the parameters of different cutting methods(cut one and repair multiple times)for slow wire processing:the discharge current,pulse width,wire speed,wire tension and flushing pressure influencing on surface roughness Ra,surface removal rate and working tip R0.005 max formed by the thin groove(V-shaped groove)of deflection plate.It is found that under the same electrical parameters,cut one repair four can meet the requirement of R0.005 max.After several tests under the condition of cut one repair four,the machining results are measured by the profile roughness meter.Finally,the optimal parameters for machining V shape groove of deflection plate are determined as discharge current I=1 A,pulse width Ton=10μs,wire speed Aw=100 m/min,wire tension Fw=2 N and flush pressure P=0.2 Pa,where the processing efficiency is optimal.
