微型钢丝绳传动的多维锁闭机构的设计与评测

摘  要:针对储能机柜门体高密封性,易变形的特点,创新设计了一种带有旋转收紧模块和末端张紧调节模块的微型钢丝绳传动锁闭机构。这种机构显著增加了纵向和横向的锁点数量,有效解决了因门板变形导致柜体密封不足的问题。微型钢丝绳作为柔性挠动件,能够消除传动空回,提升副锁点的扭转刚度,输出轴旋转精度可达微弧度,传动效率高达98%。经过有限元建模分析,钢丝绳与摩擦轮的防滑计算,充分论证了该结构的设计合理性。最后通过样机测试,微型钢丝绳传动完全达到多点锁闭强度的技术指标。Aiming at the characteristics of high sealing and easy deformation of the door body of the energy storage cabinet,a innovated micro steel wire rope drive locking mechanism with rotary tightening module and end tensioning module is designed for the locking mechanism installed on the door body.This mechanism significantly increases the number of longitudinal and horizontal lock points,and effectively solves the problem of insufficient sealing of the cabinet due to the deformation of the door plate.As a flexible part,the micro steel wire rope can eliminate the transmission idle,improve the torsional rigidity of the secondary lock point,and the rotation accuracy of the output shaft can reach micro-radian level,and the transmission efficiency is as high as 98%.The design rationality of the structure is fully demonstrated by finite element modeling analysis and non-slip calculation of the steel wire rope and friction wheel.Finally,the prototype test shows that the micro steel wire rope drive completely reaches the technical index of multi-point locking strength.
