摘 要:为了提高电驱系统恶劣工况下的过载能力,对驱动电机性能进行优化。首先在表贴式外转子永磁电机的基础上提出了一种新型六相极靴式外转子永磁体轮毂电机。为了对比性能,同时建立了对应的表贴式外转子永磁电机电磁场有限元模型。在电磁场有限元仿真软件中通过参数化分析找到了最优的极靴高度、左右极靴缩进宽度,并分析了这3个变量与电机转矩输出能力和转矩脉动的关系。最后通过二维电磁场分析新旧外转子结构的负载磁密、齿槽转矩、转矩脉动、过载性能、抗退磁能力得出了以下结论:新型转子虽然使用了与表贴式外转子结构相同体积的永磁体,但在额定运行情况下转矩输出提高8.3%,齿槽转矩峰峰值降低了41%,过载能力增强。最后分析了过载时极靴外转子退磁率仅为0.4%。表贴式外转子是其3.5倍。退磁区域缩小到8块永磁体,表贴式外转子退磁区域在24块永磁体上都存在,永磁体的稳定性提高。以上结果表明所提出的新型外转子结构能应用于更恶劣的工况。In order to improve the overload capacity of the electric drive system under harsh working conditions,the performance of the drive motor is optimized.Firstly,a new type of six-phase pole shoe outer rotor permanent magnet in-wheel motor is proposed on the basis of surfacemount outer rotor permanent magnet motor.To compare the performance,the corresponding surface-mount outer rotor permanent magnet motor electromagnetic field finite element model is established.In the electromagnetic field finite element simulation software,the optimal shoe height and the left and right pole shoe indentation widths are found through parametric analysis,and the relationship between these three variables and the torque output capacity and torque ripple of the motor is analyzed.Finally,through the two-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis of the load magnetic density,cogging torque,torque ripple,overload performance and anti-demagnetization ability of the old and new outer rotor structures,the following conclusions are drawn:although the new rotor uses the same volume of permanent magnets as the surfacemounted outer rotor structure,the torque output is increased by 8.3%,the peak torque of the cogging is reduced by 41%,and the overload capacity is enhanced.Finally,the demagnetization rate of the pole shoe outward rotor is only 0.4%under overload.The surface-mounted out runner is 3.5 times more so.The demagnetization area is reduced to 8 permanent magnets,and the demagnetization area of the surface-mount outer rotor is present on all 24 permanent magnets,and the stability of the permanent magnets is improved.The new outer rotor structure proposed on the surface of the above results can be applied to more severe working conditions.
