延安整风:党内正确政治文化形成的根本标志

摘　　要：党内政治文化建设是党的建设的重要内容和中国共产党的独特优势。中国共产党自成立伊始就高度重视党内政治文化建设,但由于受到各种“左”和右的错误政治文化影响,及至延安整风前,积极健康的党内政治文化还未完全形成。延安整风运动同党内长期存在的错误政治文化展开了激烈斗争,清除了庸俗腐朽的党内政治文化,形塑了积极健康的党内政治文化,是党内政治文化建设的重要里程碑,成为党内正确政治文化形成的根本标志。开展延安整风运动的原因在于,党内长期存在的不良政治文化尚未根除并严重影响党的革命事业。针对主观主义、宗派主义等不良政治文化,以毛泽东同志为主要代表的中国共产党人创造性地采用理论教育、调查研究等整风方式,坚持破立并举,塑造了理论与实际相结合、民主与集中相结合的党内政治文化。延安整风不仅形塑了积极健康的党内政治文化,为中国共产党的发展壮大和革命胜利打下了坚实基础,还塑造了我们党良好的政党对外形象、正确的政党理论形象和优秀的政党队伍形象。The construction of political culture within the Party is a crucial aspect of the Party’s development and a unique strength of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Since its founding,the CPC has attached great importance to the development of its internal political culture.However,due to the influence of various“left-wing”and“right-wing”erroneous political cultures,a positive and healthy internal political culture had not fully formed by the time of the Yan’an Rectification Movement.This movement,which was marked by intense struggles against the long-standing negative political culture within the Party,cleared out vulgar and corrupt political practices,shaping a healthy and positive political culture.The Yan’an Rectification Movement became a milestone in the Party’s political culture construction and the fundamental mark of the formation of correct political culture within the Party.The main reason for launching the Yan’an Rectification Movement was the persistence of undesirable political cultures within the Party,which had yet to be eradicated and were severely affecting the revolutionary cause.In response to issues like subjectivism and sectarianism,Mao Zedong and other leading figures of the CPC creatively adopted methods such as theoretical education and investigation to carry out the rectification,maintaining a dual approach of“breaking and establishing”,and shaping a political culture that integrated theory with practice and democracy with centralization.The Yan’an Rectification Movement not only shaped a positive and healthy internal political culture,laying a solid foundation for the CPC’s growth and revolutionary success,but also enhanced the Party’s external political image,theoretical correctness,and excellent team image.
