摘　　要：大数据技术的迅猛发展,引发了社会生活的系统性变化。这种前沿技术的飞跃式进步极大地推动了高校思想政治教育和学生党建工作的变革与创新,尤其是作为机器学习大数据深耕的最新成果ChatGPT的广泛应用,对高校思想政治教育和党建工作产生了极大的影响。当前,高校学生党建工作逐渐从网络化向智能化、数字化转型,在高校学生党建实际工作中,应充分利用人工智能和大数据技术的优点,克服与消除在实际工作中因技术的“双刃剑”特征而带来的风险与隐忧,特别是要处理好当前高校学生党建工作中存在的基础数据集成度不高、传统思政工作协同创新度不够、评价体系科学性有待提升等问题。因而,前瞻性思考新时代高校“智慧党建”工作,系统性谋划技术的有效融入,整体性推进“智慧党建”活动,应该致力于构建以立德树人为核心、学生党建和思政工作充分融合的“一体两翼”的工作格局,着力于搭建基础数据集成平台、思想理论赋能平台、支部建设成长平台的集成系统,聚力于数字化平台的研发和内容建设力度,这不仅是新形势下高校学生党建工作的新选择,也是一项极富理论意义和实践价值的活动,更是新时代大数据赋能高校学生党建工作的重要方式。The rapid development of big data technology has triggered systematic changes in social life.The leap forward of this cutting-edge technology has greatly promoted the transformation and innovation of ideological and political education and student Party building work in colleges and universities,particularly with the widespread application of ChatGPT,a recent achievement in machine learning and big data.This advancement has had a profound impact on ideological education and Party building in higher education institutions.Currently,college student Party building work is gradually transitioning from a network-based model to an intelligent and digitalized approach.In the practical implementation of student Party building,it is essential to fully leverage the advantages of artificial intelligence and big data technologies while addressing the risks and concerns brought about by the“double-edged sword”nature of technology.This includes overcoming challenges such as low integration of basic data,insufficient collaborative innovation in traditional ideological and political work,and the need to enhance the scientific nature of evaluation systems.Therefore,forward-looking thinking on the“Smart Party Building”work in the new era of colleges and universities must systematically plan for the effective integration of technology and promote“Smart Party Building”activities holistically.The goal should be to build a work framework focused on moral development,with a harmonious integration of student Party building and ideological work.This involves constructing integrated systems such as a basic data integration platform,an ideological theory empowerment platform,and a branch development growth platform,while focusing on the development and content construction of digital platforms.This approach not only presents a new choice for college student Party building in the new context but also holds significant theoretical and practical value,serving as an essential way for big data to empower student Party building in th
