摘 要:以无梗五加土壤为试材,采用可循环物料玉米芯、树叶、菌渣还田的方法,研究了物料还田后土壤化学计量分布的特征及规律,以期深入研究土壤化学计量特征的空间格局和驱动因子,有助于判断土壤养分以及营养元素的耦合性。结果表明:在0~20 cm土层,玉米芯翻压还田(MS)、玉米芯覆盖还田(MQ)在提高土壤有机碳(C)、全氮(N)、全磷(P)、全钾(K)方面具有显著性(P<0.05);树叶覆盖还田(YQ)在提高表层土壤C、N方面具有显著性(P<0.05);菌渣覆盖还田(JQ)在提高深层土壤C、K方面较为显著(P<0.05)。覆盖还田方式更有助于无梗五加土壤累积C、N、P、K含量。从化学计量比分析来看,菌渣还田具有较高的C∶N,且翻压还田对提升深层土壤C∶N、C∶K和P∶K能力显著(P<0.05);MS、MQ和树叶覆盖还田(YQ)处理较对照(CK)更能提升C∶P;玉米芯还田能显著提高全土层N∶P(P<0.05)。玉米芯作为还田物料优于该研究中其他物料,这与其特殊的多孔结构以及其富含的特殊物质有关,对土壤有机碳碳汇功能有所提高,同时具有一定的固氮能力。Taking the soil of Eleutherococcus senticosus as the test material,the recyclable material corn cob,leaves,and fungal residue were used as fertilizers to study the characteristics and laws of soil chemical stoichiometry after fertilization,in order to further study the spatial pattern and driving factors of soil chemical stoichiometry,which was helpful in judging soil nutrients and the coupling of nutrient elements.The results showed that in the 0-20 cm soil layer,MS(corn cob turned over)and MQ(corn cob covered)had significant effects on increasing soil organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N),total phosphorus(P),and total potassium(K)(P<0.05);YQ(leaves covered)had significant effects on increasing surface soil C and N(P<0.05);JQ(fungal residue covered)had significant effects on increasing deep soil C and K(P<0.05).Turning over the fertilizers had a greater effect on accumulating C,N,P,and K in the soil of Eleutherococcus senticosus.From the analysis of chemical stoichiometry ratios,fungal residue fertilization had a high C∶N ratio,and turning over the fertilizers had a significant effect on improving the deep soil C∶N,C∶K,and P∶K ratios(P<0.05);MS,MQ,and YQ treatments were more effective than the control treatment(CK)in improving C∶P;corn cob fertilization could significantly increase the N∶P ratio in the entire soil layer(P<0.05).Corn cob,as a fertilizer,was better than other materials in this study,which was related to its special porous structure and the special substances it contained,which had improved the soil′s carbon sink function and had a certain nitrogen-fixing ability.
