摘　　要：库尔勒香梨产业作为新疆区域经济发展的重要支柱产业,具有较好的产业基础和发展前景。该研究阐述了近年来我国新疆梨果的种植生产、市场流通情况,以及梨果的保鲜、加工技术和产品研发等方面的进展;分析了新疆库尔勒香梨产业现阶段存在的问题,包括机械化程度低、产业链短、产品同质化严重等,并从种植模式、产品开发、品牌建设等方面提出了对策和建议,旨在为推动新疆库尔勒香梨产业的高质量、可持续发展提供参考依据。As an important pillar industry of Xinjiang′s regional economic development,the Korla fragrant pear industry has a good industrial foundation and development prospects.It expounded the planting,production and market circulation of pear fruit in Xinjiang in recent years,and summarized the progress of pear fruit preservation technology,processing technology and products.This study analyzed the problems existing in the Korla pear industry in Xinjiang at the present stage,including low degree of mechanization,short industrial chain,and serious product homogenization.Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of planting mode,product development,and brand building,in order to provide reference for promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of Korla fragrant pear industry in Xinjiang.
