轴向附加应力对P92钢管道接头蠕变的影响

摘  要:【目的】燃煤机组锅炉管道系统在运行过程中受内部蒸汽压力和外部结构拘束的共同作用下,会在焊接接头位置形成一定附加应力,因此,该文是为了探究附加应力对接头高温寿命的影响。【方法】使用有限元法模拟P92钢主蒸汽管道接头在内部蒸汽压力和外部附加应力共同作用下蠕变应力和蠕变应变的演化过程。【结果】结果表明,轴向附加应力对P92钢接头径向应力影响较低,但会显著改变接头环向应力分布,特别是细晶热影响区(Fine grain heat affected zone,FGHAZ)。轴向附加拉应力和附加压应力都会显著增加P92钢接头最薄弱的管道内壁FGHAZ蠕变应变,并且轴向附加压应力对蠕变应变的加剧相比于轴向附加拉应力更加显著,轴向附加压应力还会较大地增加管道外壁FGHAZ的蠕变损伤,而轴向附加拉应力则影响较小。【结论】评估P92钢管道接头的蠕变损伤进而评估其服役寿命时应考虑结构附加应力的影响。[Objective]During operation,additional stress will be formed in the welded joints of boiler piping system for coal-fired unit due to the coeffect of steam pressure and external structure constraint.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of structural induced stress on high temperature service life of welded joints.[Methods]Finite element simulation method is used to simulate the evolution of creep stress and creep strain of P92 steel main steam pipe joints under internal steam pressure and external structual induced stress.[Results]The results show that the radial stress of P92 steel joints is minorly affected by the axial structural induced stress.However,a clear change of hoop stress is observed,especially at the FGHAZ.The creep strain of the weakest FGHAZ on the pipe inner surface of P92 steel joints is significantly aggravated by axial structural induced tension stress and axial structural induced compression stress,and the axial structural induced compression stress has a more significant effect on the aggravation of creep strain than axial structural induced tension stress.Meanwhile,the creep strain of FGHAZ on the pipe outer surface is also increased by axial structual induced compression stress,by contrast,axial structual induced tension stress has little effect on this region.[Conclusion]The influence of structural induced stress should be considered when evaluating the creep damage and service life of P92 steel pipe joints.
