摘 要:农业供给侧结构性改革背景下优化粮食生产的结构对粮食安全具有重要意义。根据2010—2021年黑龙江省13个主要城市的水稻、玉米、大豆生产面板数据,通过采用描述性统计分析法、空间重心分析法,研究了黑龙江省粮食生产结构的时空演变规律,并在结构调整的角度分析对粮食增产的影响。研究结果表明:(1)玉米在黑龙江省粮食生产中占据主要地位,水稻的生产相对稳定,大豆生产占比较低但呈现良好发展态势;(2)生产结构调整对增产贡献率较大。因此,为了保障国家粮食安全并提升黑龙江省粮食产量,必须重视粮食结构的调整,可通过优化玉米和大豆的生产条件与技术,考虑环境保护和资源可持续利用,提高粮食生产的效率和可持续性。Optimizing the structure of grain production in the context of agricultural supply-side structural reform is of great significance for food security. Based on the panel data of rice, corn and soybean production in 13 major cities in Heilongjiang province from 2010 to 2021, the temporal and spatial evolution of grain production structure and its influence on grain yield in Heilongjiang province were studied by using descriptive statistical method and spatial barycenter method. The results showed that: (1) corn occupies the main position in grain production in Heilongjiang province, and rice production is relatively stable, soybean production is relatively low but shows a good trend;(2) the production structure contributes a lot to the increase of production. Therefore, in order to ensure the national food security and improve the grain yield in Heilongjiang province, it is necessary to improve the efficiency and feasibility of grain production by optimizing the production conditions and technologies of corn and soybean, and considering the environment protection and utilization of resources.
