摘 要:为了明确绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对改良盐碱地的作用,本研究采用田间试验探索了滨海盐碱地绿肥粉垄耕作耦合对土壤有机碳积累及组分的影响。小区试验设置了6个处理:裸地+免耕(CK),裸地+常规耕作15 cm深(T1),裸地+粉垄耕作30 cm深(T2),种植苕子并离田+常规耕作15 cm深(T3),种植苕子并还田+常规耕作翻压15 cm深(T4),种植苕子并还田+粉垄耕作30 cm深(T5)。通过采集种植一季玉米后0~20 cm土壤样品,测定了土壤样品基本理化性状,分析了水稳性团聚体、团聚体有机碳的变化,土壤有机碳积累及组分的变化特征。结果表明,与CK相比,种植绿肥并翻压可显著促进盐碱地土壤有机碳的积累,提高土壤有机碳含量,改善土壤有机碳组成。与CK相比,T5处理土壤容重明显降低,土壤碱解氮含量、有机质含量、有机碳含量及有机碳储量均显著提高,其中,土壤有机碳含量提高幅度达到32.9%;土壤可溶性有机碳含量、易氧化有机碳含量、微生物生物量碳含量显著提高;>2.000 mm、0.251~2.000 mm粒级土壤团聚体重量百分数提高,而0.050~0.250 mm、<0.050 mm粒级土壤团聚体重量百分数降低。T5处理提高了水稳性团聚体中有机碳含量及团聚体中有机碳贡献率。由此可见绿肥粉垄耕作耦合可以显著提高滨海盐碱地土壤有机碳及活性组分含量,有效提升土壤水稳性大团聚体比例以及土壤团聚体中有机碳含量及其有机碳贡献率。因此,该耕作方式在滨海盐碱地上推广应用,可促进土壤有机碳的积累,从而达到改善滨海盐碱地土壤碳封存,提高滨海盐碱地土壤耕地质量的目的。In order to clarify the role of green manure and smash ridging coupling in improving saline-alkali soil,a field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of green manure and smash ridging coupling on soil organic carbon accumulation and composition in the coastal saline-alkali soil.Six treatments were set up:bare land + no tillage(CK),bare land + conventional tillage 15 cm(T1),bare land + smash ridging tillage 30 cm(T2),planting hairy vetch and removing them from the field + conventional tillage 15 cm(T3),planting hairy vetch and returning them to the field + conventional tillage 15 cm(T4),planting hairy vetch and returning them to the field + smash ridging tillage 30 cm(T5).The basic physical and chemical properties were determined by collecting soil samples from 0-20 cm soil layer after planting one season of corn.The water stable aggregates,and changes in aggregate organic carbon and characteristics of soil organic carbon accumulation and composition were analyzed.The results showed that compared with the CK,planting hairy vetch and turning over could significantly promote the accumulation of organic carbon,increase soil organic carbon content,and improve soil organic carbon composition in saline-alkali soil.Compared with the CK,the soil bulk density of T5 treatment was significantly reduced,and soil alkaline nitrogen content,organic matter content,organic carbon content and organic carbon storage were significantly increased.Among them,the soil organic carbon content was increased by 32.9%.Soil soluble organic carbon content,readily oxidizable organic carbon content and microbial biomass carbon content were significantly increased.Moreover,the weight percentage of > 2.000 mm and 0.251-2.000 mm soil aggregates increased,while the weight percentage of 0.050-0.250 mm and < 0.050 mm soil aggregates decreased.T5 treatment increased the content of organic carbon in water-stable aggregates and the contribution rate of organic carbon in aggregates.It can be seen that the coupling of green manure and smash r
